Ordered an item when it was on sale and excitedly waited for my package to arrive in the mail. A week later (when the sale is over) I am told that my item was oversold. I ask to be shipped the item when it is back in stock, but am refunded anyway. When I see it is back in stock two weeks later, they refuse to honor the price I originally paid. Costomer service was extremely rude. I personally feel that OAK didn’t want to honor my purchase price as the sale discount was high (I stacked a coupon code on top of a sale) and pretended to be out of stock.

Out of state customers beware. Im beginning to think there online store maybe a scam. Ordered an item and have tried to contact customer service multiple times. Each time they mysteriously get disconnected or don't pick up. Via email they are unresponsive and have made several errors on my online account preventing me from correctly returning my purchase according to policy.

Interesting store, not generic and they have a lot of exclusive items. Very plane and subtle colors which I like.

Hit or miss. Super popular with the black on black on black trendsetters. The brand has grown considerably over the years and gained much more presence in the fashion world. The store itself is becoming just as much an event space as it is a retail shop. Be on the look out for some great events during fashion week!
