Great store, hidden treasure on Union Square South. Easy seamless return of online shoe purchase that wasn't right size/fit. Very difficult to make that online purchase work if you don't know how the brands sizes fit for you....also the prices online are at least 20% CHEAPER than the already reduced prices in the store so it's like a steal but they rarely seem like what you bargained for :(

There’s a specific counter just for online purchase returns. It’s a nice option because you can then skip the large line for purchases. Make sure you have your receipt with you to make it faster! They can look up your information and card, but it’s just more tedious.

The good: Open 24hrs, great location, wide selection, well staffed even late. The bad: Well staffed but not so eager to help or be made available for questions. Took 25 min to get a hold of a manager just to ask one technical LED TV question. Layout is kinda confusing too. Expensive, but hey its Electronic retail in NYC. Overall, if you need something gadgety or electronics based and you need it NOW, like 2:49am NOW, this is the place to go if you know what you want. Tip: check the store inventory online for your item(s) and if they are in stock and if they have any promos before you rush out for that replacement Xbox One controller.

Bargains can't be beat here. Friendly staff, all the brands you want, and tasty snacks in the impulse buy section. Lol.
