I never ever write reviews, but after today. I just want them to hear me out. 
I have been going to this place for 14 years, and I love this place. But today was the first time I felt mistreated. 
I went in for chest pain and numbness in my left arm. (Which I never want to go into the doctors, unless I really have to). But I just felt something was wrong. 
So, they check my heart rate, and everything was fine. And I want to say thank you for taking care of me for that. The nurses were amazing. 
Well, they did a drug testing. I guess just to make sure. Which I was ok with. No harm done. But as soon as my doctor comes in. She was just very rude from the second she walked in. (I usually don't have a problem with her).
Anyway, yes my results came in and everything came back negative except for marijuana. Granted, yes I smoke a little bit of weed. But it's like after that she was just talking to me like I was crazy. Pretty much talking down to me. I understand the side effects, but I knew that wasn't it. It was unbelievable how this doctor made me feel after my appointment. 
Then, on top of all that..... my son also goes to her. My son is two and he was tired of sitting, waiting for the doctor. So he was fussing when she came in. Treated him like he was a misbehaved child all the time. That really pissed me off. Well, back to waiting for her today, she comes out of another room and I over heard her say about another patients child something like "I like it when kids are like that, I give the good ones a sticker" I mean as a doctor, you never single out children like that. If you don't have patience for a child. Get a new profession. 
Again, I never had problems with this place. I love the staff, but the last two times was a very horrible experience. 
No matter what, you always have to treat people with respect. You never know what they are going through.

I have gone to Dr.Cribbs for years!  She is the most compassionate and knowledgeable doctor that I have ever seen! If she were to leave I would be so sad!   She is an amazing person! I love Dr. Cribbs and her staff as well! When you leave this office you will feel cared for!

I used to take my children here due to the fact they are the closest office who accepted Tricare. Since moving I have tried for the past year to get my children's shot records sent to their new doctor's office. The new office has even tried numerous times. They do not return phone calls and do not do what they say they are going to do. I AM FED UP with the games and lack of professionalism from this office. It is the worst doctor's experience I have ever had in my life and would advise anyone who goes to this office, do not move, because you will NEVER get your records sent to your new office. I know how difficult they are firsthand, but when my new office says "they think they're Fort Knox" I know it is bad.

I Geri Ano get the best care I have ever gotten from any Dr up here! Dr Susan Cribbs is at the higest I can mark her, She cares, is very good at treating anything that I've had wrong. I recommend her to any one who wants to feel that your not just a number. She's the Greatest!!!!!! I can never wait till I have to see her again. She knows her stuff real good. I would not go to anyone but her. GOD love her. She has saved my life. Thank You Dr Cribbs. You certainly are # 1.    GERI ANO. Chuck likes you also and said he knows I'm in good hands when I have to see you.

These people are not helpful and very unprofessional and lazy. My daughter who is four years old had a 103 degree fever and they couldn't get her in until Monday today is Wednesday. I thought maybe it was a joke and told the girl again how high my daughters temp was and she went back to see if one of the Drs would fit her in....well their advice was to just take her to urgent care in case she needed fluids. So I told the lady that she had been on fluids all morning and to  let me get this straight...the nurse practitioner dr aziano can't see my daughter because she doesn't want to get out of work fifteen minutes late so she recommends I take my daughter who has a 103 temperature to urgent care and wait 2-3 hours.. I was shocked and very disappointed. It shows the lack of care they really have for their patients. i called Dr Pesche and he told me to bring her in immediately. That's the way it should be. Very thankful for Dr Pesche and his staff!  very very unhappy with this oak tree medical. this always happens to me, and my girls :(
