I went here a week ago and spent $10 on a typhoon wash and the soap was out. I haven't been able to reach anyone. Don't spend your money at this fraud of an establishment

No soap in the automated car wash, after I already paid.  I tried calling their number.  As a previous reviewer noted, there is NO voicemail.  What a nice racket for them.

I used the Oasis carwash for the first and last time at 9:30 am on 2-20-18. I paid for the $9 wash and used the far west bay. The triple wax, clear coat protection, and spot-free rinse only covered the passenger side of my car up to about the middle of the windshield. I was left with soap streaks and spots on the left side of my vehicle!

 I called the number on the sign, there was no answer so I left a message detailing that the arm didn't go all the way around the car and that only half of my car was done. The following is a text message that I received shortly after leaving the message....

"This is Stephanie with the car wash in Altoona. I received your message about the car wash. The wax and spot free rinse actually come from the top of the machine not the arm the reason the arm was only going on the right side as no chemicals come out of it at that time.  It was rinsing from the top down. Let me know if u have any questions. Thx "

I then replied with the following:

"Well then it must need adjusting because I had the tri-colored wax on my right window and nothing on the left side and then when it did the spot-free rinse it only rinsed the right side of the vehicle."

I did not get a reply.

Do yourself a favor and park your car next to a puddle and wait for traffic to Splash on your car... You will have better results than using this substandard car wash.

Car had a coating of grime from driving around in the misty weather we had a week or so ago, so I went and got the $9 wash today.  I think the car was dirtier after the wash. I didn't even know that was possible. You literally could not tell the car had been washed at all.  I would have been better off to park outside in the rain and hope for the best. Never again.

I went through the wash yesterday between 2/3pm. It was busy! I live less than 2 miles away. I got out of my car, and it was just as dirty as before I went through. During the wash the mechanicals did seem right. I go to this location frequently. I only rated it a 3 because my vehicle did get wet. I've tried calling with no answer, nor voicemail set up.
