I have tried to access your review options on your web page but had no luck. I'm glad this option came to me today. Well, Oasis Hot Springs is awesome. The staff in the showroom was so great and helpful we bought a tub within an hour after walking in. Installation was great. They had us scheduled only a few days after our purchase and Nate was so courteous and helpful during the installation We were delayed a day because the electrician wasn't able to come out the day the tub was delivered but no worries, Nate promised we would be hot water before the weekend and WE WERE. Love the tub and all of it's features. Just right for my wife and I. We've used it every  night and occasionally late mornings after a good workout at the athletic center.

I purchased a hot tub from Oasis Hot Springs just over 8 years ago. I could not be more happy with my purchase AND with the service that Oasis and Nate have provided. On more than one occasion, older parts have chosen to go out when temperatures have been

I love my Hot Springs Spa!  I use it every day, Summer and Winter.  It is super easy to maintain and easy on the power bill!  If you have a question or a problem Nate is only a phone call away.  No matter what time of the day or day of the week, he is willing to help answer your questions and if needed,  he will be right there to take care of any problems you cant fix yourself.  Thanks Nate and Oasis Hot Springs Spa & Sauna!

if you want a 1st class tub and even better service - Oasis is your place. Nate came out on a Sunday - in the middle of Winter to make sure our tub was serviced without damage due to freezing temps. He's been to our home previously to install and update. The level of customer care and sevice is always excellent.

Oasis Hot Springs Spa are great! Kind helpful folks, really good people to do business with aswell, Nate is a super helpful and patient guy who helps you in every way with your spa ownership experience from sales, install and top notch service after the sale. Thanks for all your help over the years Oasis!
