The hair services are great here, and I would recommend you getting your hair done here. The reason this is a ONE STAR is because I am so pissed off about my wax I got here. The worst, most unprofessional wax I have ever gotten. I never leave reviews like this either, but this was HORRIBLE! 

I WOULD NOT suggest waxing services here! I got my eyebrows done and they are not even (one is further in than the other). AND! This was after her re waxing and re waxing and re waxing my eye brows. I also asked for upper lip and next thing I know, she is doing MY CHIN  TOO! Which I never would have had done because my chin is insane senstitive. She never even told me she was going to do this.

Now I have to compensate for my eyebrows looking totally stupid. She originally messed up and shaved too much of one so we had to do the other and low and behold, here I am with uneven eyebrows that are super FAR IN! NEVER have I had this happen! 0/10 would not recommend a wax here. I have never had a more terrible wax! AND! I have never had someone sit there and re wax and re wax so many times! Never again! To add to this, I left and there was still wax in my eyebrow, and I found strings of wax just dangling. Effing horrible. I regret leaving a tip for her.

I went here for the first time and got a gel manicure. The  shop is pretty cute, and they had several appointments still available for same day (I don't think they take walk-ins). My manicure turned out ok, and I appreciated the conversation with my nail tech. This isn't the best gel manicure I've ever had, but I think that had more to do with the faulty UV light that was the only one available. A few of my nails didn't cure right, so she had to redo them. Also, I did not receive the hand massage that the website states is part of the manicure. Overall, this was ok. It wouldn't be my first choice for nail service in Missoula, but I've definitely experienced much worse.
