Very little communication. Everything has been late. In order to get information regarding a trip that is happening in two weeks I had to call to follow up. In fact, any information has had to be initiated from the customer side. Calling this morning regarding the trip leaving the country soon, I still could not get full information. This is a group trip and I have come to believe we are dealing with a single owner/agent travel company with little or no experience in this business. Very unprofessional attitude regarding the situation. One of my traveling partners is on the verge of not going and losing a substantial sum of money. As a frequent traveler I can honestly say I have never had this kind of negative experience with travel people in the past. An all time low!! To many good options, find a good travel agent!

This has been anything but a positive experience. The lack of communication and the unwillingness to work with the customer has resulted in a very poor experience. Once a deposit was made for a trip that required the final payment March 1st, yet we had no communication from Oasis regarding that final payment until March 7th. When a little later in March a request was made to transfer to another week that was not possible due to the limited time before the contracted trip. When request was made regarding airline seat requests the best the agent could come up with was to be at the airport 3 hours early to secure a preferred seat since the contracted flight you could not requests seats in advance. The entire experience has been a debacle and I would prefer to lose money than go on this trip.

The greatest, will do what ever it takes to make your vacation successful. Most pleasant office staff. You will be amazed at the knowledge they have.
