Constantly late even after calling me the night before and give me a time that they do not show up at.  Some drives get me and my girl friend to our appointments on time but it is not regular.  I feel it is wrong to do they to the poor.  I do not mind being early or have to wait after my appointment with reason but not being late that upsets me very much!!!!!!

I had the driver show up an hour before they were supposed to. Then left me sitting for over an hour after the time i was supposed to pick me up. Plus i had to then wait another 15 minutes for other people before i was taken home. So if i could give 0 stars i would.
