I've seen Dr Rozeboom for 30 years and this practice never disappoints. Dr always has time to listen and talk--always respecting my voice in our healthcare decisions. The lab is courteous and billing is simple and straightforward. There was a short line at checkout and someone even took my paperwork and said they'd call to schedule me for my next so I wouldn't need to wait. Great practice!

I have been a patient at OBGYN & Associates for over 10 years. I loved Dr Hess (who is now not practicing) and she delivered 2 out of my 4 babies. All of the other doctors I have seen at this clinic have been fabulous and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Never go here!!! I had to get some minor surgery and I am making monthly payments on what I owe. Every month they withdraw money from my account automatically. I recently called to set up an appointment and they tell me they will not see me until I pay the rest off. I could maybe understand this if I owed them thousands of dollars didn't have insurance and wasn't paying anything at all but I can promise you I do not fall in any of these categories. Im not sure about how the rest of you women feel but having to find a new Obgyn is no fun so if you need anything other then an annual checkup that is paid in full by your insurance save up all the money prior to your appointment because although they "accept monthly payments" you will be completly discarded by them.

Sad I have to give this place a 1 star. I have been going there since I was 13yrs old (18 years ) I’ve had 2 babies and loved both of the doctors I had. I just realized I haven’t seen a reminder of my yearly physical after having my 2nd baby. I called to figure out what happen or to schedule a new apt and she looked up my account and said I had a red flag and my apt was cancelled. Didn’t tell me why and rudely told me I needed to seek medical attention somewhere else and wouldnt tell me why. They have 18 years of medical histoy and can’t continue to see me?! I will be contacting the office manger and I will be finding a way to contact both of the doctors that have seen me and they will be notified of this.

I can see why your reviews are so awful. Everytime I've called they've had an attitude. It's unprofessional and pathetic that they can't manage to not behave like immature school children. If your thinking about coming here just know they are poorly rated for a reason so please go somewhere else if you can so you won't have to deal with what others have.
