The front desk was very helpful, kind and patient. Dr. Pegues is always amazingly helpful, great listener. I never feel like he is rushing to get to the next patient. I left the office feeling like I was heard and helped.

I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Pegues'. Each time I have a visit he is very thorough and compassionate. He always tells me what he is going to do prior to doing so and takes his time ensuring all of my questions are answered. He also always asks me how I am doing, checking in to see that my personal and mental well-being is cared for as well. I highly recommend him as he is simply the Best!
I have been going to Capital Womens, in Towson, for the past 17 years. I've had 3 c-sections performed by their doctors. My usual doctor retired so I was a little apprehensive to work with a new doctor with this last pregnancy. Dr. Pagues is amazing. They're all actually amazing so I would have been in good hands no matter who performed my c-section. He went the extra mile and took care of some things he saw during surgery. I love it here and would recommend them to everyone!!
Capital Women Care west road location in Towson has an exceptional group of Doctors. Dr Asare delivered two of my three and Dr Ackman deliver one. My most recently delivery was Nov 2022. I have had the opportunity to be served by all of them but I have had most visits with Dr Peges and Dr Asare. They are caring and great to work with. Dr. Peges is very thorough and caring. Dr Asare keeps me smiling every visit I love her personality. They posses a wealth of knowledge and experience. Someone is always available 24hrs and I love that especially when I had my first child and had so many panic attacks. Especially when I was pregnant throughout all my trimesters it was always easy to get in for unscheduled visits to see someone with any concern I have. I have been with the practice over 6 years I highly recommend them for all your OB/GYN needs. In addition, the staff they have is exceptional especially Miss Winnie and Theresa.
Dr. Pegues is kind, professional, knowledgeable and supportive as a physician. His years of experience hasn’t hardened him and you can tell he aims to make sure you understand what he shares and that you are comfortable.
Dr. Pegues is amazing! He’s intelligent and ensures he carries you along! Had my twins with him via C/S and it was one of my best experiences.
Dr. Robert Pegues came highly recommended to me, after asking my PCP's secretary if she knew of any, since I needed a new OB/GYN. She raved to me about how kind and gentle he was to her; she was 100% correct! Not only that, but he is also caring, professional, has a great bedside manner, and makes you feel at ease. He wants to make sure that he has addressed all questions and/or concerns before you leave. He came to me highly recommended, and now I can say that I also highly recommend him! Thank you to him and his team!
I have been a patient of Dr. Pegues for 30 years. I actually followed him from his first practice. He has always been caring and compassionate. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are taken care of. He was my obstetric physician for both of my children. He was thorough at figuring out my female issues when not much was known about adenomyosis. He listened to my concerns and symptoms, took me seriously and found a solution. I can't say enough good things about "Dr. Bob" as my Mom liked to call him. :
Dr. Pegues is very knowledgeable and very supportive in making decisions when it comes to your overall health! Highly recommended! FYI he delivered my son 7 years ago and was amazing! He treats his patient with care and concern. Not only did he do his job he went the extra mile to make sure that I was taken care of.
