Well each time we saw the doctor she seemed too busy for us. Always called away on an emergency. We were left in a room she said she’d be back never came back. We were left back there for almost 2 hours. Umm how come no body came back? I.E.:: nurse, NP, receptionist. Anyone!! The doctor dumped ALL this info at us so fast. We couldn’t process and this is our first pregnancy. So I felt like I wasn’t important. Idk if it was just bad timing or what. But you need to take better care of your patients. At least act like you care. The practice I’m at now answered ALL my questions took time to LISTEN to my concerns. Please don’t listen to just good reviews online that’s what I did with this place and we just got shoved to the side! Oh and don’t get me started on Laura the medical records lady. Omg how hard is it to make a phone call. How do you lose my records when they were transferred 2 months before my appointment. The new place I’m at took LESS THEN A WEEK. I guess they know how to do their job. Oh and I messaged the doctor a question about following up since she DISAPPEARED and I NEVER got a response back. My new doctor I message and the SAME DAY she responded! Like idk what is wrong with this office. Communication skills are lacking very very much. That’s what is wrong with our medical professionals I didn’t feel safe here or like the doctor cared about me.

The doctors and staff at OBGYN West are absolutely fantastic! I am treated with compassion and respect at each visit, and I feel so incredibly lucky to have found such a great group! I will continue to refer everyone I know to this great practice!

I asked a question in my annual visit DIRECTLY related to that part of my body. Apparently, the question was "out of scope" and I was charged for an extra office visit. (Interestingly enough, Dr. English kept asking me if I had any other concerns - gladly I didn't - I'm sure I'd be charged $100 for every other question I asked!!) The lack of billing transparency is an issue throughout the entire healthcare system... But this question was VERY in scope. I can understand if I went in and asked an OBGYN to check out and advise on my broken finger, but this was hardly the case. I was also informed that the doctors themselves are not responsible for billing (which I understand), but you would think that I would be informed that my question would cost $ to answer. Although I have been a patient with OBGYN West for eight years, I am going to find a new doctor. Their unwillingness to work with me on this charge and think about what happened logically seems unethical and absolutely ridiculous. Plus, Google gave better advice anyway. Time to contact the Insurance Commissioner...

Very good center for obgyn. Have been my wife's center for more than 2 years now. We never had any negative experiences. Doctor s are highly reputed. Dr. Terri Johnson who is my wife's doctor is great in all aspects. My friends also go to the same place and everyone has only good words for this place.

Dr Heegaard is amazing because he is humble, a fantastic listener, and an endometriosis expert. He has kept me comfortable despite having a painful, multi faceted condition. Referring me to pelvic floor therapy at Viverant has been life changing, and has been a huge difference maker in my quality of life. Helping take care of women is his true passion, and his radio show/podcast, The Gyno Show. Painful periods and painful intercourse are NOT normal, and the staff at OBGYN-West understand, and will help you live a better life. Very thankful for everyone at OBGYN-West 💕👍🏻
