I thought my daughter needed stitches on a Friday night and I didn't want to sit at the ER for hours. The doctor was really helpful and it turned out she didn't need stitches. I would recommend.

I received service from this urgent care in July 2010 and paid my urgent care co pay as designated from my insurance plan. (I've done this over 10 times before and the procedure is that you pay your copay and everything else at the Urgent Care is covered). This urgent care, "The Doctor's Office" - who is in network for United Health Care... decided that they would outsource their lab work to a sub vendor (in this case Children's Hospital) and do not inform you of this. (In fact, they assured me that they would not be sending out lab work because it didn't make sense after speaking with me during the visit and already being able to reach a diagnosis.) United Health Care, Children's Hospital, and the Urgent Care don't take accoutnability. They all agree that they are billing me incorrectly! I now have bills from the Children's Hospital for a service I never recieved, never got results on, and no one will offer help. I'm appealing, taking partners with the MN Better Business Bureau, and the MN Attorney General. I believe "The Doctor's Office" urgent care needs to be held accountable for their sub contractors and not push the patient's into the middle of their business transaction!
