Great experience. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly.  They sell Electra's which we had been researching. Bought 2 Electra Townies with helmets and a bicycle rack to haul them around behind our RV. Already had them out for a spin.  Great bike.....Not like the Schwinn I had as a kid😊.  I'd recommend the Ocala Bike Center to anyone interested in a good quality bike at a fair price.

Best buying experience! Owners delivered our new bicycles, picked up our old bicycles and sold them for us!!!! This is the place to buy your next bicycles and accessories.

I was having trouble with my recumbent exercise bike and although it was not one of their products they went above board to put things right. These guys are great!!  They set the bar high in quality customer service.

They changed my crank to a 1x. They did a great job, customer service was amazing. I have found my new bike shop.

It was time for a new bike so I went to check out what trek had to offer. I told them I was hoping to get a full suspension for around $1500. The sales person told me that no one offers a full suspension under $1500. I assured him they did. He said maybe some third rate bike companies do. Well if you consider GT, Giant, Cannondale, Fuji, Jamis, and Breezer third rate he was right. This guy was completely out of touch with reality. I ended up buying a Fuji that was better equipped than the Trek hatdtails for half the price.
