Came in from out of town to ride with friends and needed to rent a bicycle. Ryan at Santos helped me by phone and had a bike setup for me to pickup the next morning.   The bicycle was so nice!  Everyone at the shop was genuinely interested in how I liked the bicycle and made sure that it was suited for what I needed.   I only review when the service is exceptional and this was one of those times.  Thank you so much.

Pleasant staff, great selection and fair prices.
I am visiting from Pennsylvania and I came to mountain bike so I came here for a rental. Mike really helped me out with my rental when I had a small issue with it. Mike also helped my brother put with a repair to his personal bike.
Next time I'm riding down here, I'll be back at this bike shop again for a rental.
Five stars all day.

This is an excellent bike shop. They have great service, incredibly knowledgeable about bikes. The rental bikes are top notch. There is a trail from the shop to the Santos trail head. The next time I'm in Florida I will be renting a bike from Santos bike shop. Thanks for the awesome weekend of riding.

Santos bike shop. Chris Fernandez it's the owner. Kymm, Scottie, Ryan and crew are done if the most dedicated individuals who are into all cycling not just mountain biking. Fast dependable services and quality products. Group rides and events for everyone!
