I have been a frequent customer at Ocean Cafe for the past several years.  They feature a healthy menu, with an array of unique soups; salads and sandwiches.  Unfortunately, the quality of the food has decreased over the years, especially as it relates to consistency of quality.  On days, I can order butternut squash soup that is thick and flavorful; on another day, it is watery and bland; on yet another, it is milky and of a completely different flavor and texture.  The chicken noodle soup can be served with virtually no chicken or vegetables at all.  The chicken is often dry.  I continue to return based on a few menu items that seem to remain consistently good.  However, I certainly have branched out to other local venues when I would always have returned to Ocean Cafe in the past.

AMAZING food but staff is not customer-service oriented at all. Takes away from wanting to go there. Website says open until 8PM and I called and confirmed they are open until 8PM but I went at 7:15PM and the doors were closed and cleaning - I called to let them know the next day and was given attitude. Need major customer service training!

We have been coming here for a few years. Food is fresh and healthy. Service is always pleasant. Take out is always ready when you arrive. 
Highly recommended.

Really great food quick. The best chicken chili that keeps me coming back!! Friendly staff. Salads, soups and sandwiches all delicious and consistent. Great place to meet a friend for lunch.
