Had some windshields replaced on some of our trucks. They showed up on time and did a clean and neat job. The owner Brian was very helpful on the phone and made the process smooth and easy. Thank you to the sales guy Ed for stopping by our office to introduce Ocean Glass and leaving business cards. I will be using Ocean Glass from now on for our glass needs.

Absolutely dreadful business - insisted on a credit card payment to come out and look at a broken window - with a wait of two weeks because they were "busy."  When I called back 15 minutes later to cancel (I found several other glass companies could come out sooner, and they didn't ask for upfront estimate payments on my credit card), I found out they had already charged my credit card $50.  I asked them to refund my card - and they charged me ANOTHER $50 instead.  I kept calling for a refund of my $100, and got nowhere.  Had to call my credit card company to help me out.  I should have known not to give my credit card number to the misogynistic guy I was speaking to (he told me the quote I was emailed by his own company was no good because a woman gave it to me and "women don't know what they are talking about - they don't know how to cut glass").

I had a great experience with Ocean Glass, called to schedule an appointment for a Windshield replacement and had it fixed on the next day. I highly recommend it! Everybody was also very polite.
