Long story short the customer end up being call a liar. Now I understand "family business". No one in the company except Sue care to find out about the truth. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY, there's a reason way the $$$ is low.

My experience was completely unprofessional. I had an appointment for a quote on my fence and they never showed up. I waited for hours and called to confirm they were still coming, yet no one showed up or answered their phone. I would not recommend this business if you value your time.

I couldn't be happier with my fence. Everyone was courteous and professional,  fence was installed on time and done in less than a week. I had solid vinyl, vinyl picket and chain link installed and the all came out perfectly straight and even. Fantastic job! They made sure to keep the fence as close to the ground as possible to keep my dogs in and even filled in some of the gaps for me. Highly recommended.

I contacted RD Fence in October to install a fence here in Billerica. Throughout the process I found Sue and the crew to be very helpful. They helped me choose the right product for my budget. I was installing a vinyl fence around a very large yard. It was urgent as we had a coyote problem and we have two small dogs. After ordering the product they called me a few days before install and had it complete in three days. I was very happy with the service and the product. I would highly recommend this company.
