I absolutely love this gym - the people are genuine,  there's a lot of space and the atmosphere is awesome.  Trainers are top notch and everyone is super supportive of your fitness goals.  It's one big family and this is our all-time favorite gym!

It's a quaint little gym with a blossoming community. If you are looking for a gym the really knows how to make you feel welcome and part of a support system I'd recommend this one. They have a boxing ring and training sessions with pros. Personally I hope they can upgrade some of their facilities in the future. It serves my needs at a good price.

Love this gym. Great facilities, great staff, and great classes. The only downside is that I feel guilty for skipping a day because the staff greets everyone by name!
