Excellent staff, and the instructors are always enthusiastic and supportive. I usually do my weight lifting at home, but it's been so great to have a gym I can go to for group classes like barre and power. The Odenton location is super convenient (5 minutes from the Odenton train station) for when I commute home from work, and the Pasadena location is only about 10 minutes from my house. So glad I found this awesome gym! Also - their locker rooms are great... showers and a sauna!

I love this place! The staff are all approachable and knowledgeable. The classes are intense and fun to do.

Some classes are more fast paced and hard the first time but you learn to keep up the more you come.  
Centergy is my favorite so far!

This gym is amazing! Wonderful classes and instructors! I prefer their Pasadena location and the evening instructors are my favorite. But I just love Transformations!!!

The gym provides great classes practically all day, child care is affordable, and it is a comfortable environment. I love this gym. Totally worth the price.
