Wonderful place for kids and adults alike! We loved observing the otters, the penguins, the sharks, the sting rays, the jellyfish, the sea horses and all sort of fish! Very well organized! The rotating exhibit with sea lions & more on the first floor is a plus! You can bring your own food, otherwise you can buy some in their food court. Nice hands-on space for kids by the food court. We spent a whole 4 hours in here and the kids had a blast! There are also beautiful toucans and a sloth, but I felt sorry for the guy, since his space doesn't have a tree he can hang on, and he was hanging from the metal bars on the ceiling! If it wasn't for the high entrance price and the poor sloth, this place would be a 5 star for me! Definitely a must-see if you're in the Valley of the Sun!

Absolutely fantastic exhibits. The employees are all really nice too. The aquarium has really good information about each type of animal they have which includes how endangered the species is. Someone told us that you could 'do' the aquarium in about 3 hours. Well we got there about 9:30 am and didn't leave until almost 3pm. It was fascinating and I could have sat and watched the big exhibits all day. The water was so clean and the colors so vibrant. The 3D movie was really good and so was the rotating theater. Both shows were really well done and short enough to leave me wanting more. I loved it and I want to go back soon.

Great place to take the kids or go alone and relax and take in all the beauty in these underwater world's. I find something peaceful about watching these beautiful creatures swim in these larger than life tanks. I highly recommend sitting through the 20 minute Carousel Ride. There you will get to see large Groupers, Sea Turtles, Sea Otters and Sharks of all kinds. Give yourself a good hour to see all the different tanks. If you are there for educational purposes give yourself a couple hours to read the great information, posted at each exhibit. There is so much to learn. Enjoy and take it all in.

Didn't think I'd find a good aquarium out in the middle of the desert, but I was pleasantly surprised. My kids love aquariums and they enjoyed themselves at OdySea. One thing I liked was that they had steps for the smaller kids to use when looking into a particular aquarium. This came in handy for our 4 yr old. This place isn't huge, but they do have two levels to enjoy. There are a wide variety of sea creatures, from sharks to turtles, and everything in between. The Carousel exhibit was interesting. As you sit, you are able to see different sea life as you are rotated from one tank to another. It was like a guided tour, and this is where you can see sharks, sea lions, sea turtles, and other fish. During our visit they let out a handful of penguins to walk in front of the visitors. It was kinda cool to see them up close. Overall the family had a good time at OdySea.

My daughter and son-in-law love the aquarium so much they have season passes. They always bring me here when I come visit from the East coast and I love it. This time we went to Night Life, for adults only. Amazing!!! Loved it! Fancy food, date night, dressy or casual. They go often for a relaxing evening at the aquarium.
