I will never order from this place again!!! My rice was hard and bland. I also ordered steamed broccoli that wasn’t done. It just seemed like they just got some fresh broccoli and put seasoning on it without steaming it. I called back and the only thing the lady could tell me is that she sorry and she cook everyone rice the same. She wasn’t trying to hear me explain to her that the food wasn’t done.
I would never eat there again the food was old especially the rice I never had rice stick to my teeth me and supposedly the owner who answer the phone was back & forth a hungry animal wouldn’t eat that sh but I know I would not get my money back I’m just passing thru any truck drivers think about eating here don’t because they don’t care what they serve u they just want your money
Food was okay, salty. The salad was actually just carrot. But, that was topped with the rudeness of who was working there.
No soy sauce or silverware in my take out bag. Very few pieces of chicken. Rice was over cooked. Small portions. Over priced.
Wonderful customer service. The lady at the counter was very very nice! The food is great too. If i come to Jackson without eating at O.E.C. at least once, it feels like a failed trip. Pink sauce is boss!
Over priced for adding green onions to the rice. $1. I still pay for the way I like my food prepared, but damm I could've bought a bunch at Kroger!
Standard super-quick Asian cuisine served in a Styrofoam box. But don't let it fool you, it's actually pretty decent. Try the shrimp hibachi. Good lunch spot. Can get in and out rather quickly.
I eat hibachi mainly for the veggies. I just moved here & my best friend introduced me to this restaurant. My broccoli was tender like I requested & seasoned perfectly! The chicken hibachi w broccoli only, the best!
Worst hibachi takeout I ever tasted, sushi ok. I ordered the lunch steak. It came with chewy meat in teriyaki sauce, steamed carrots, and "fried rice" with a little egg and soy sauce in it. The rice had no flavor, although the pink sauce was tasty. My dad ordered the steak and scallops. He received the same rice, beef, and carrots, but had broccoli in his. He had to search for the scallops, and he only got 4 thin slices totaling 2 oz. I did, however, enjoy the Dancing Eel roll. It has tempura shrimp, with cream cheese, avocado, and eel on top. Yummy for $ 8.95. Overall for a $28 lunch for 2 people, I was very disappointed. This will be my first and last time to order take out from OEC.
Was a short wait on my order while until it was ready. Good service and great food.
