I would give less than a star if I could. Just tried to return shoes for another size. I walked in were I wasn't greeted. I assumed because the two girls were ringing up a few customers. They glanced over at me. I continued to wait in line. When I arrived they looked at me and I requested a shoe exchange for size. They refused to help after I mentioned this and said they were closed and to come back the next day.  If they were closing they should have mentioned that before I had gotten in line.

I have had mostly good experiences here and I buy most of my shoes here. Good discounts and a fairly good selection.

Rude staff, Plus my husband went to buy a pair of shoes and the kid at the register asked him for his drivers licence to input him into the computer, not acceptable. 
When my husband refused the kid said he couldn't ring us up without it because it is company policy.
A shoe store has absolutely no right to have customers info.  
We went to Nike instead where the staff was amazing and polite.

Shoes, shoes, shoes and more shoes - yes I am absolutely in shoe heaven here and they even have a markdown section too - this is just pure shoe bliss!!  Great quality shoes and great sales - staff is always friendly and helpful.  They have a rewards program so that you can earns points towards future purchases, sign up for their emails to be notified about sales, discount coupons or 2 for 1 sales/BOGO or 50% off second pair sales.  You can go online to find what you are looking for, like if I want white sandals I can search the store and see what they have before I go up there and if it isn't in the store I can order online and occasionally they have FREE shipping to have delivered directly to my home - YAY ME!!  Some of my favorite brands that they carry are Nike, Aerosoles, B.O.C., Steve Madden, Clarks, Merrell, New Balance, Reef, Nine West...and shoes, shoes, shoes - WAHOOOO!!
