I love this Macy's so much that I started working here. I have never been in a shopping experience where I was treated with kindness by EVERY associate I spoke with -- in EVERY department. Granted, I also treat people with kindness and am a pretty upbeat individual, but everyone was just so darn nice! I am now at the Clinique counter in cosmetics, and I have a blast near every day I am at work. The store is clean, well decorated (not garishly overladen with Christmas baubles), the music can be heard but isn't loud, huge parking lot.. Keep in mind that Macy's is spread out over two sections in the mall -- the South side Men's wear, shoes, and fragrance on the first floor with home wares, mattresses, and linens on the second floor. Women's everything is in the North side section. Hope to see you all soon!

This Macy's absolutely does not hold up to the brand. I am constantly disappointed by the selection of clothes and feel that they are no where near as current as they should be. Having said that, I continue to come back because it is a good option for the area ... Let's face it Reno is not know for it's good style ... This is one of the better options available. Also be aware that the mens and woman's stores are a serious hike apart, but are close by if you park well and use the outside!

August 2017. My visit took me directly to the men's fragrance counter. Two very helpful sales ladies provided me with a lot of assistance. The cashier explained some of the promotions available. During my visit I saw multiple store employees greet customers in a very friendly manner. In general, I had an overall pleasant experience and received some free samples to aid in future purchases. The prices seem rather high but so is the quality of the merchandise I purchased.

Had my own pretty woman flashback. Came into buy a new Coach purse and staff kept ignoring me. Finally gave up and left.

It was the best shopping experience I have had in a long time. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I tried on things and asked for their opinions. They were honest and helped me to choose a great outfit. Thank everyone for their help. I'll be back soon.
