On the door the hours state Monday through Friday 10-4... I'm here at 1:11pm on a Monday...there are people inside but the sign says closed.

I visited this store today to purchase textbooks. However, since the semester started 19 days ago they had NONE of the books I needed in stock since they shipped them back... 19 days doesn't seem like such a long time to hold books, because it is a college BOOKSTORE.

And after bringing me only recommended books (seems like you'd ship those off first) I was lied to and told that one of the books was a required one. Unfortunately for me they have NO RETURN policy. So I spent a lot of cash today on a book I actually did not need. Thanks guys...

I've never had good service with this store. I feel like they're a shady bunch. And since this isn't my first (or second) negative experience there I will NEVER shop here again.
