Very unprofessional. If you are a day late on returning your old, beat up used books, they will charge you full price. Customer service will bully you. The woman I spoke to actually told me how irresponsible I am for not returning the books on time. I may be; however, I have a lot of responsibility between full-time job and 3 kids and recent surgery. I would appreciate a little empathy considering how much $$$ I've invested in UAH for education that may or may not help me secure a better paying job.
