The food was good. But the service sucks. I ordered a salmon bisque and you have to pay after you order. After the bring alll the other food that was ordered, they tell me they are out of the salmon bisque. Would you like another side? I said no. That is all that I wanted. The waitress leaves, a minute later another comes and asks me the same question and I give her the same answer. After that no one else bothers to come. I go inside and ask to get either 3 bottles of water (equivalent to the bisque). They said I have to talk to the manager. I go to the manager, because she didnt have the decency to come to me, and she starts giving a run around. I tell her to just give me my $3 back. That was like asking her to give me her kidney. After a 5 minute discussion, she decided to give me the 3 waters. It is the last time I ever eat here. If you decide to go eat here, ask them to verify that what you order they actually still have,  because they will do as little as possible to solve the problem they created.

Such good food for such a great value. I had the Mojo Roast Pork with brown rice, pinto beans, and ripe plantains. Yum!

I was just at Off the Grill for 50 minutes waiting for a avocado wrap with chicken and I had to ask for my money back because they still didn't have it ready.  I went inside to ask what's going on and one of the cooks Bianca shrugged her shoulder as if she didn't care, did not offer an apology for the wait, nothing.
I thought that was a disrespect to all who was waiting because if she treats me that way, what does that say about the company.
