The employees are not uniformly trained and it seems like they are placed in positions with inadequate training or supervision. Many employees at the print center struggle. On more then one occasion they had difficulties with printing a file from a thumb drive on to standard letter paper. Their lack of training causes significant delays and wait times in the print center. I have actually been turned away and told to come back another time by a staff member because they did not know how to properly print a pdf document in color on standard paper. I verified that this was not due to equipment issues. They are generally very courteous and apologetic and it becomes obvious that they just lack the knowledge. When I am able to I try to guide them through the options but I don't know what printer and tray is designated for color printing and holds standard paper stock so I can only assist so much without overstepping. Other times the employees are very friendly and approach you to see if you need assistance and are very helpful and knowledgeable this includes at the print center. If they had better training standards or supervision this store would be much better. Their inventory is varied and diverse at this brick and mortar location and i generally can find exactly what I need and have gone their because I need it urgently or do not want to wait for shipping of online ordering.

I got exactly what I wanted 4 a great price. Special thank you to Joanne and Laura for helping me during this visit. I will be returning for more office goodies.

I HATE THIS LOCATION SOOO MUCH. They don't let you use the computers, have to do extra steps to print.

Incompetent employees at the print center. Dont expect your print jobs to be accurate and expect attitude when you question their poster measurements. Would not recommend this location.
