Service sucks! However if you know what you want and where in the store it is, that doesn't matter does it.

Service greatly improved. I dealt with derek and dillon and both went out of their way to make this experience far above average.

Called this store in the PM ,the lady was very rude. Went into the store to have paperwork scanned and emailed ,this person was also very rude. Maybe they we're just having a bad day and needed to show it to the paying customer...

Mailing departments does not understand the basic concept of mailing and offer no help. It may have simply been that I was a man and the technician was to busy undressing the female customers with his eyes
