Would never make another purchase from them. This is the second time I've had to wait weeks for my furniture. Room Solutions doesnt do cancellations or refunds on your purchase. They will say no refunds or cancellations on special orders and come to find out every order is a special order. It's been some years since I've last ordered with them and was assured the time frame wouldn t be the same as it was before. So I'll be making my first payment on furniture that I don't have. Again, I'd shop for furniture somewhere else if you want your furniture in a timely manner.

We have bought furniture  Here for years the owner is so nice and very helpful furniture is decently priced as well

Nice selection and got approved fast but it's been 3 weeks now and still haven't gotten it. They were supposed to deliver Thursday then Friday so my girlfriend stayed home from work both days no delivery. Now they say Monday but nobody going to be home. I called him to see if I can pick it up 3 hours ago and he said he had to call and she if it is in and never called back. We called 1 hour ago and he was with someone he call back and still never did. The after buy service is crappy
