There's always a problem here. Good luck getting your ink, as they keep it locked behind the counter and are always understaffed. Waited 12 minutes for someone to unlock the case, only to walk out and leave without the ink. The cashier's computer has frozen the last 3 times I've checked out. There's not much other choice on the Southside, give yourself an extra fifteen minutes for checkout if you go.

What started out as a seemingly normal errand to print some things out and have copies made turned into a really good customer service experience. Maureen was very helpful and a great customer service employee.
