They have the worst customer service that I've seen and we use many different freight companies to ship our vending machines across the country. They don't bother calling when they are late. Many times they don't even show up at all on the day they were supposed to come.  They rates are typically higher so we will never be using them again.

As others have said here, customer service is not the best (rude, unprofessional), but the drivers have all been very nice, helpful.

Call the corporate offices, not the local terminal.  I made arrangements to pick up my pallet and had zero problems!
