My husband and I went to Office Depot on 1 Jan 17 in search of a new computer desk/chair. We ventured to the back of the store where the office furniture was located. The both of us walked by every desk discussing pros/cons, took turns with "butt-to-chair" trials, and after 20-30 minutes left with no purchase. During our first and last visit, not one associate bother to ask if we needed assistance. The store was empty due to the holiday, so honestly there is no excuse. We will take our money elsewhere for purchases and recommend the same.

This Office Depot was amazing before they did a big remodel years ago. After that the place became ever more focused on cliche marketing and retail experience. I used to love coming in here to explore the wonder, and now it's just another box store. They used to partner with MSI and have a good selectio. Of computers with Nvidia chips. Now it seems they just offer plain Jane laptops yet keep the astonishing costs. Aside from their furnishings which is the last real deal you will find here, I'd recomend going somewhere else for the electronics.

I stopped by one day in Apr 2014 just to get a quote to reinstalling my lap top computer. After getting a quote, I said I would be back after making a back up data. Head tech said not to worry about it since they have a main hard driver with a big capacity and my data will be safe. I relied on him but next thing I found was all my 1000 photos gone, my tax info to file from 2011 were gone, all my legal docs disappeared. Since then I am still fighting against them due to their ignoring attitude and false accusation against me. They are not responsible for their mistakes! They even stand by their folks making a false accusation against a customer.

Store is nice. Prices can be decent at times. Customer service can be a bit of a toss up, at times it's hard to find a floor worker.
