Employees seem to avoid you. When you finally get an employee to help you out they seem very lazy. One time I asked for something and without even checking the employee said "I don't know If we have that, you might want to check out Orchard". Well you didn't even check, turns out they Home Depot did have what I was looking for. Had I followed the employees advice they would have lost a high paying customer. That being said I have encountered some very nice helpful employees there. Unfortunately they are not always working when I go there. I shop here quite often but thinking of just shopping online for my needs. I will give it a few more goes and update my review with any good/bad experiences.

Staff are trash. A man was helping me locate scrap boxes to build a project for kids. However, after a long whispering session with a female, he changed his mind and repeated after her that someone had taken all of the large boxes. He directed me to what his ignorant mind deems "large boxes". Hey eff-wad...I'm not packing!!! I won't be buying the supplies to paint nor decorate from you idiots, either. Lowes got all my sales like the boxes that suddenly disappeared.

Standard Home Depot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is a pain. Resist the urge to park in the first spot you see coming off of Canyon Del Rey Blvd on the East end of the lot. Recommend parking in the west end of the lot towards the gas station. Trust me.

Been sitting waiting at tool rental for 30 minutes. Asked for assistance multiple times. No one is here. Still waiting. Update: waited an hour and someone that wasn't trained on the system (not his fault)failed to help us because he couldn't find the trailer in the system. So waited an hour for nothing
