Great location, good selection, staff usually helpful for finding things, usually very quick checkout, and solid promotions (often 10-20% off for toner or purchases over $50). My only complaint is I wish they were open later than 6pm on Sundays since I often go by there on way to Wilmette library or Whole Foods Mkt, which are both open until at least 9 pm.

The workers here are incompetent and lazy. Printers have not worked multiple times when I've been here, and the and staff does not help at all.
