Changing this review from 5 stars to 1.  Don't bother.  The customer service policy of the new owners seems to be 'Ignore customers until they go away.'   I spent what I think is a lot of money with this place, when it was operated by its founder & original owner.  At that time, they did excellent work - worth every penny.   New owners have left my emails and phone calls unanswered.  New owners have either bit off more than they can chew, or they're just bad at what they do.   Either way, I'm out.

Kudos to The Big Picture.  I have had the best experiences  shopping with The Big Picture.  Patrick and staff have consistently come through for me.  Whether it be for an emergency TV for a college student,  or  service call for repair of unhooked cable, they accommodate the customer to complete satisfaction.  I hope more customers try The Big Picture to experience the truly good service and products they offer.

Top-notch customer service and competitive pricing along with knowledgeable sales people and great follow-up makes shopping here a pleasure. I highly recommend them.
