This OfficeMax is terrific in my opinion. I have all my quilting books spiral bound there and it is reasonable and very well done while I wait!

They do not take responsibility in what they say. I lost a receipt for an Office Max product that was more than $100 that i put warranty with when i bought it. I called them and they told me they could make or find a new receipt for me so I can exchange my product for a new one. They told me it would take about 2 business days to create a new receipt to email to me and I waited. They never sent it to me so i called again, they said the same thing. More than a month passed like this and when we called again, they told me to go to a local office max store and ask them to fix the product for me. When I went, the manager said she could not do anything about it and she called the Office max helpline and they told us that they have never said such thing and that they couldn't make me a new receipt. I find it unacceptable because they shouldn't have told me something that couldn't happen in the first place. They did not claim any solution whatsoever and left me speechless. Their service was rude, irresponsible, and very disrespectful.

Went to pick out a computer chair and was able to test out all of the chairs and only see two employee walk right by staring at me but whispering to each other. I ended up ordering online and picking up the chair elsewhere. It's OK if you go in knowing what you are looking for but if you need help you may be there awhile.
