Home Depot in Oro Valley AZ has everything you could possibly need for any home project. They are helpful & knowledgeable in all what they carry in the this store. I do wish they carried more exotic outdoors plants for AZ zones for those of us who are looking to expand color & variety in the garden... I do recommend this place, go & see for yourself. Enjoy!

This is mainly for The Manager Carlos Castro who helped me on 5 / 9 /18 He is very professional very helpful very knowledgeable and thinks outside the box he should be rewarded GREATLY!! for going above and beyond !! A BIG BIG BIG THANK YOU CARLOS CASTRO of Home depot in Pro Valley!! :) On April 2nd 2018 I purchased a DeWalt power drill for a little repair project I was Doing at home. On April 14th 2018 my home was broken into and the drill along with all its contents which was in its original Box along with the receipt was stolen from my home. I filed a police report Immediately contacted the store I spoke with the manager & I explained the situation Today on 5/9 /18 I called & spoke with manager on duty his name was Carlos Castro. I understand that as a manager their is a lot on their plate with a whole lot of responsibilities.. after he listened to me and Complain and complain he kept his composure, assisted me asking a series of questions.. Afer his questions I complained some more chewed him out he handled it like a professional & said he'd call me right back. 10 minutes later my phone rang again he rambled off a bunch of tool vocabulary words only one i caught was "Brush stroke" which I did not understand, I told him I have NO idea what you just said? I just bought a drill to screw in some wooden planks I know it was black and yellow and it was a Very Good reliable brand. He then asked me what kind of bills did you pay I said i paid in 2 $100 bills ... Why? At this point I was thinking what I was going to say when I chew him out.. he read me the dates, Amount paid and The amount of change I said yes those are correct the he says the three words I will never forget in my LIFE!! " I found it" As God as my witness I screamed at the top of my lungs from excitement!! If you are shopping at home depot And he is on Duty PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Shake his hand warmly & Thank him kindly for me :-)

Shopped the flooring department of this Home Depot on a fact finding mission. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interesting in helping us choose the right type flooring for our project.

I love this place. The gentleman who helped me and my husband pick out track lights was amazing! He educated us on different types of lights and brands as well! I wish I would've got his name! This Home Depot never lets me down!
