I called yesterday to see if they had ink in stock for my printer. I spoke to a woman who had me hold while she checked. She told me that they had the ink in stock. Today I took a 20 minute drive there only to find out that they did not have the ink in stock. They offered to order it for me. Really! Why didn't the incompetent help figure this out yesterday. I wasted 40 minutes driving there and back for nothing. I could have ordered it online closer to home and had it in a day or two. I wouldn't go back there if there are other options.

Great prices on back to school supplies. Offers and rebates on many items. Beats the competitors on price. Nice furniture, assembly offered for a fee.
