Didn't try the food but ordering a latte was frustrating. While the latte was passable in the end, I was never given an option on size and the flavoring I ordered was first not available (they ended up only having one of the two flavors they said they had, and not the one I wanted), then they didn't put the flavor in that they did have when I said it would do, and finally when I requested them to put flavor in since they hadn't, they doubted me when I said it had no flavor in it and would only give me some after checking with the barista that she hadn't. While a passable latte, the customer service was rather dismal.

Oggi makes tasty, somewhat greasy pizza that has salt on the crusts, so the crusts are something like salted breadsticks. One note: they have a "tomato basil" slice which is just a cheese slice anywhere else but with basil (and of course the aforementioned salt crust). So don't be confused when you ask for a cheese slice and they say they have a tomato basil. It's not great pizza that I would suggest going out of your way for, but it isn't bad either. It's good as far as Harvard Square pizza goes.
