We spent a week here visiting family and enjoyed our stay. We didn't come specifically for the campground but did use the amenities when we were there. As others have said, this is a convenient stop off of the interstate and the sites are levelish. The site I reserved said it was 75ft but once we got the RV in there, we determined it was wrong and more like 60ft. The roads are tight so if you have a big rig with a lot of tail swing, stick to the outer sites and watch your tail swing. There were a few in there with dents and scrapes from other RV's not accounting for the swing and tight road. Most sites are nothing to write home about as they are narrow and have a small yard. It was definitely not laid our for modern day wide body fifth wheels but you can fit them in and it will be tight. We opted for a site on the outer loop in the sun as it looked like the easiest in and out and it was. No issues with W/E/S while we were here. You WILL need a water pressure regulator here as the pressure was over 80psi on my meter. The pool was nice and overall the campground was really nice and well cared for. They had just resurfaced the roads so no issues with them other than the width on some of them. Overall this was a nice park and one we will come back to despite the small sites.
Very nice park, friendly staff. Very tight drives and small yards. Camper in the next lot was less than 10 feet away with our slides almost touching . Some site lengths are not correct on the reservation site. All sites are pull-thru, which is great, but a lot of them you have to use another site to enter or exit. We have a larger unit, so it is difficult to find accommodating parks. Fortunately, they weren't very full, or we would have gotten blocked in. Smaller units wouldn't have such issues, if any. Noteworthy details: Laundry area and golf cart rentals
First impressions were not the best. A few long term renters up front which made the property look overgrown. Check in was easy, escorted to a very nice shady, level spot. Bathrooms were spotless, I mean the cleanest I’ve ever seen! We enjoyed a lazy afternoon at the pool, after visiting the artist area in Berea. Pool was sparkling clean and very nice! Easy on and off to 75, would definitely stop again.
Good gravel interior roads and sites. Park looks clean although sites are a little crowded. Most look like full hookups, everything works as it should. Staff was very friendly. Clean modern bathrooms and laundry. Pool looks good but we didn’t have a chance to use it. WiFi worked great no issues streaming. Would stay here againRooms: 4/5
We stayed here for 3 months while searching for a home in the area. The staff was always friendly and helpful and the spaces were fine and also had a wide variety of spaces to accommodate all size rigs. The shower rooms and laundry room was always very clean and functional. Perfect location for an overnight stay while on the road or for long term.
If you are on a trip and need and overnight with 30amp, 50amp full or partial hookup this is the ideal spot. We have traveled I75 for over 25 years and we find OH KY a convenient in and out. The sites are flat and depending on your rig you may be able to stay connected. Safety: No concerns at all.
Easy access to I75. Pull through full hookup sites big enough for any rig. The store at the campground is one of the best I’ve seen as far as rv supplies and parts. Also, they have two covered wagons they rent. Super cute with power, water and plenty of sleeping space. We didn’t rent one but looked through the door
Nice campground. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. A lot of trees, but some sites don't have any shade. A lot of the picnic tables are in bad shape, but it looks like they are being replaced a few at a time.Service: 5/5
We stayed overnight on our way back to Florida. I wouldn't say that it would be a destination that I would plan a vacation around but was a nice quiet place for an overnight stay. The pool looked good but we didn't see a designated dog walking area.Rooms: 3/5
We full timed in our Diesel Pusher for three years before settling in Florida, so we have used many campgrounds during those years. We have since downsized to a travel trailker for occasional trips. This was our first stop, 6/16 to17/24 at Oh Kentucky and we are returning for a couple days. Based on convenient location, facilities, friendliness, and cost, a five star rating is appropriate.
