CORBIN KOA -- A Great Place to Stay!
Setting up camp at the Corbin / Laurel Lake KOA is hassle-free, thanks to big-rig friendly pull thru sites. This is the closest KOA to pristine Laurel Lake and Cumberland Falls State Park (known as the Niagara of the South), where you can view the famous "Moonbow." Visit Colonel Harland Sanders (KFC) Café and Museum, Big South Fork Scenic Railway in Sterns and Daniel Boone Country and Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, where Daniel Boone cut his way west in 1769. Enjoy nearby water rafting, horseback riding, hiking, canoeing and golf. At camp, enjoy the lovely shade trees, swim in the pool, walk along paths to a great pet area, take a half-mile hike to Laurel Lake or a 1-mile drive to a public-access boat ramp. Free Wi-Fi. Convenience abounds with many area restaurants, shops and flea markets. This KOA no longer offers night registration: 9 p.m. is the latest you can arrive after hours without a reservation.
