I am not one that writes reviews, but I was so disgusted by the hotel I had to warn others. When you walk through the hallways, it smells like a mixture of cleaning products and weed. The worst part was when we got our room, there was a roach crawling up the door. We thought maybe this was just a one off but a few moments later when we started to settle in, we saw a baby roach near the heater, one crawling up the nightstand and a big roach crawling across the chair. Needless to say, I was furious I called Cheap tickets for a refund and left the hotel immediately. There is no way you do not know you have some type of infestation. I don't know how anyone stayed there. Never again! This place does not deserve any stars

Had to wait at check in because nobody was at front desk. No apology when they returned. Got in room and thought was reasonably clean until I spotted animal hair on the chair and floor. Continental breakfast was ok. Had a waffle maker but everyone wanted it and so there was a long wait for it. Breakfast room and main desk area were quite warm, thinking air conditioning wasn't working there. Was fine and cool in our room. They have outdoor pool but only opens at 10am which was too late for our family.

Stayed here not. Quite cheap enough stay here cuz I have no where else to sleep breakfast limited. T V channel s limited too. Security here. Is what security is a. L. O. L. Same. Old musty carpet in hallway green wall paper falling off walll sticky floor E. T. C. Needs major landscaping. Oh well.

When I was looking for a hotel online this hotel was recommended by one of the websites. Looking at the pictures it falsely advertised me with nice pictures of their clean , welcoming rooms and clean pool. The rooms and hallway smell like weed, cigarettes and piss. Arriving at the front desk there was an asian lady who barely could comprehend what I was speaking to her because they got me and my family members the wrong room. Luckily I wasn't charged for their mistake. This place should be called a cheap motel not a resort as they advertise on the web. For a few extra bucks I would rather had went elsewhere.

descent hotel it only needs small fixes . Very good food for breakfast. beds were awesome nice for a week stay ;} btw it doesnt smell like a hamster cage anymore
