Muay Thai review: I was here for 6 months. The Muay Thai class is the most popular, but you're only going to learn the very basics. When you come to the Muay Thai class, it's the same thing everytime. 10 minutes of jump rope warm-ups (great for footwork and balance) but after a while you just kinda skip it (if you want to. My goals were different, cardio was not my issue) After that it's either 10 minutes of shadow boxing (punching air) or you start the day's class. This could anything from being conditioning (multiple punches, multiple kicks, footwork through agility ladders, footwork through fun interactive team games, pad work where you work on jabs and punches... Etc). The reason why I give this place a 3/5 stars is the importance they have on safety. The place is very friendly and family oriented but because of this they shrug off injuries like "It's cool it'll heal". The coach is a sweet heart but also a bipolar hard ass. She'll motivate you, but take your time, she can't tell when you have an injury; only you will. The average person will love this but for the person who has an interest in actually training in the martial arts the learning experience is 5/10 . Because the classes are so big, you won't be able to have a lot of one on one work like you do in jiu jitsu. Want to lose weight? Great, this place is for you. You won't learn advanced Muay Thai techniques here (or I've never been taught them). No flying knees, no major sweeps, no emphasis on elbows, nothing fancy. Summary: come if you wanna lose weight, increase your cardio health and endurance, learn the basics and make tons of other motivated people who have multiple stories. The people you meet are great. Jiu-jitsu review: Tai Lopez is THE MAN. What a phenomenal teacher and person. He is a brown belt that knows his stuff. For him, I give him 5 stars. There is MAJOR emphasis on safety. This class is smaller and has less days of the week, but they are my favorite. If you consider coming just for him, it's totally worth it. Great to talk to, has a great head on his shoulders, he is an educated man that will teach you how to defend against bullies and is hillarious. Learning experience 9/10. Negatives: you might roll with stinky sweaty people, but get over it lol.

Had my first class here on Tuesday and it was awesome! I've never done a martial art before so going in I was nervous, but after meeting everyone I was quickly assured that there was nothing to be nervous about. On top of that I got a sick workout in! Needless to say I signed up! Ohana Warrior is highly recommended

This is a gym unlike any other. Been working out here for almost two years. Everyone--beginner to advanced--is treated with joy, kindness, and respect. Through positive reinforcement, you learn the craft of Muay Thai through practical, fun techniques & an intense workout. Leave your ego & your whining at home. :) Everyone is welcome & everyone is family here.

The entire gym is full of completely disrespectful people. They will delete bad reviews off facebook and try and report you. They threaten to come find you and fight you. They share no respect for any other martial arts. Avoid these clowns at all costs.
