I walked in about 3:30pm on a Wednesday. I was in a hurry but resigned that this would take FOREVER and I also (from reading these reviews) thought the staff would be mean. I was helped IMMEDIATELY by an assistant manager who was very sweet. I was in and out and the 3 or employees I dealt with were very nice. Go in there ready with your documents and be polite and you should be totally happy!

Compared to the alum creek location, this office is quick, efficient, and rather courteous. I actually prefer to travel the extra distance to use this location.

Maybe a new office manager. Had an assembly line going...you neef this go down there, you need that go right here. I was in and out in 10 mins. No rudeness...but young girls gossiping about somebody in btwn transaction. Oh well no perfect world. Anyway when I came in line wad about 10-15 ppl deep, when I left no line...but about 5 at the counter.

The young lady was very rude and condescending from the beginning and I even told her she wasn't very nice, that didn't seem to matter! I know the BMV doesn't hire for their employee's personality but ultimately it is a customer service business and kindness or even a hint of "friendly" personality would have been nice....I will go to another location next time! Sad that the young up-coming representation of our State/City is so impolite!!
