Went in on Oct 23rd to request a new card when they opened at 9am, waited an hour ordered new card. Received paperwork stating if I didn't receive new card within two weeks to follow up in person, online, or via phone. Called November 21st at 3:50pm while on my way home from work. To see about my card. The lady rudely tells me that she'll mark it as not received then promptly hangs up the phone before telling me if she was ordering me another card or I'd have to come in person. 3:58 p.m. Call back automated system apologizes for not being able to connect me trying again, 3:59 p.m. someone answers the phone probably hangs up the phone. 4:00pm Call back rings then get message that the offices are closed for the day. Call back during regular business hours. Rude, uninformed, worst customer service experience ever.

They need to learn how to work quicker, I took my granny to get application for Medicare. I have been sitting there for 4 hours. I can't believe how slow they are .

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. It's best to call and make an appt otherwise you miss well plan on being there ALL day. And alot of the employees are extremely rude. They act as if their paying you out of their own pocket. They fail to realize that 1 day their going to be on Social Security or a have family members that need to be placed on social security and hopefully they will get treated with the same disrespect. But Ms. Jones is the bomb! She took good care of what I had went in there for and she's extremely nice.
