Everything from the very first phone call has been bad about this school. The lack of staff knowledge on enrollment to lack of client service from the principal about miscommunication/lack of communication from staff. It doesnt matter how much I did or tried, the end result was they didn't tell me the crucial step to enroll my daughter in school there and somehow it was still my fault. Then when I got angry the principal was rude about the fact the I was upset. Instead of listening to why I was frustrated about the MONTH of me trying and calling amd emailing to try to achieve enrollment. Sad.
They treated me horribly and didn't really care about my problems with them. They keep secrets and obviously only care about money, not at all the students. They treated me and my family so bad, that I actually was super depressed and was hurting myself. They didn't care, they offered stuff to get me away from them because they didn't want to announce it if I killed myself. Sorry if that got dark, I just dont want anyone else to experience their negligence and ignorance.
Terrible! Nothing but a headache. They refuse to pick my child up on the bus to take him to school. I've spoke to multiple ppl. One lady said that she got it approved to pick up my son at the end of the drive and the bus driver calls and says he doesn't want to. Called back and spoke with super intendent and was told it was approved and then she calls back and says no as well. I spoke to multiple ppl before that twice giving my number with no call backs. Had to call multiple times. They told me to let my FIVE YEAR OLD walk to school BY HIMSELF! They made a law saying kids from 3rd grade and younger must have an adult with them at the bus stop but tell me to let my 5 year old walk! Then said I could always walk him to school along with my 1 and 3 year old and have to pay them 80$ a month to keep him for 10 extra min every morning since kids are not allowed in the school before 8:45 unless you pay them! I do not drive and live up a very steep hill having to take a double stroller. Meaning I have to walk both up and down twice a day rain snow or shine. They also tell me an this the day before school is to start. What a joke!
Ohio Country School is the best place to work in the state.
