If you've ever considered cryotherapy or the compression therapy boots. do yourself a favor and go. Everybody at Ohio Cryo is incredibly friendly and makes the coldest 3 minutes of your life go by a little quicker. They explain everything to you and make you feel right at home. My wife and I love to go freeze with this crew. And the boots, they make your legs feel like a million bucks.

Ohio Cryo is awesome! The staff are very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Soccer is one of my passions in life and as I'm in my 40s, I'm always looking for ways to improve my health and have faster recovery. I played the day after treatment and I felt like I could run forever. Soreness was reduced as well!

First time doing Cryo - was a quick process and over before you know it - I could certainly feel the process work throughout the day - looking forward to doing this again many times for long term gains to increase circulation - also did the leg compression - this is really good and would recommend for anyone and everyone - our legs are so important - this is a great tool to maintain maximum circulation throughout - very affordable services

I started doing cryo therapy in July, 2017 after reading an article in the San Francisco Chronicle about how Oakland Raider and San Francisco Niner players swear by it. I found Ohio Cryo online and the location, for me, works very well---I live in Powell and my offices are north and I workout at the Dublin Lifetime. It's a perfect location for me. Since I've started doing cryo, I've become a firm believer in it. I absolutely believe it helps with my aches and pains, especially in my various joints (51 yo). I'm not going to lie, it IS cold. However, it isn't nearly as uncomfortable as soaking in an ice bath and it isn't as cold as you might think compared to soaking or icing. Once the treatment, three minutes, is over, you immediately feel normal again and you're left with a sense of well being. For me, I have a sense of well being, a sense of relaxation and my body feels "freer", looser. It's hard to explain. Normally, it will last the rest of the day for me. It's worth trying and, if you find it helps and can afford it, I would recommend doing it once or twice a week. I think the benefits from cryo come from doing it on a regular to a semi-regular basis. I think i'ts far more effective than doing it on an occasional, one-off, type of basis; and, I would much rather "freeze" for three minutes than have an hour long message. I get more out of freezing and, since I seem to always be hectically running during a normal day, I like that I can get in and out in 10 minutes. I can't recommend it enough and the same for Ohio Cryo. The people that work at Ohio Cryo are awesome-incredibly friendly and courteous. The staff of Nikki, Savannah, Jobert and, now, Jackie is fantastic.
