THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACT!!! In 12- 13, we were given a verbal quote AND a typed contract for a unit for $250/month. I paid for 3 months. When I went in to make my payment in 3-14, I was told that I needed to pay $325/month for this same unit. I paid the $325 for 3-14 and retrieved my contract from my safe and IT DID SHOW THAT $250/ MONTH IS WHAT WAS ON THE CONTRACT. In 4-14 I took in the contract and the lady stated that they charge $325/ month for this unit. She looked it up in her computer and it also showed the $250/month is what we owed. I again paid the $325 for April while I decided what to do. She said the owner would call. The owner has NEVER called. I went in this month and asked what the owner is going to do. They DID NOT HONOR THEIR CONTRACT. I PAID $100 and said this is all that we owe them through the end of the 5-14, and that we will not be doing business with them any longer. I asked her if they were going to lock the unit while we are moving out. I told her my husband was in the hospital that day for a herniated disk. She said, "No, they would not lock us out." This is now 3 days later and they have locked us out.
