Great storage units clean when you arrive customer service is wonderful the staff here is good always friendly never have any gate issues I really enjoyed using the facility when I needed it in a pinch

Had my stuff stored there for about two years, moved out on the 4th of the month, didn't owe for the whole month, they prorated it. Rented u-haul trailer from them and it was all hassle free.

Horrible experience the "owner" / "Manager" pretended to help me, by belittling me, talking down to me, treating me with zero respect as a customer. I've used this store before and received ok service from other team members however 'Cassandra' ? The owner who waited on me today didn't even treat me like a human being. And when I told her that she was being very rude to me and that she needed to work on her customer services as a Manger she scoffed at me when I asked if someone else could help me she flat out said no. You've had this happen to you someone gives you such bad service that they know it will explode if they pass you on to another person. I'm interested who the other 'Co- owner' is and if they know that this is the service that is being provided. Maybe you can do some role play on how to speak to customers. Also explain how to look up an account the previous times I've called in they were able to look up my account easily. I feel horrible about the way I was treated and think that something should be done about it. Thank you for ruining my day with your bad service.
