Bhakti is an awesome prenatal yoga trainer ... even in semi-private classes, she gives individual attention to her students... I started going to her class from my pregnancy week 20 ...I also attended her labor and delivery workshop..... all her classes helped me deliver the baby normally and also her tips in the workshop helped me gain confidence ...I am very much thankful to her.... I recommend Bhakti's prenatal classes and workshop to everyone who is pregnant 😊

A place to learn Yoga, to relax and let go ... I have been a student of Ishta for a few months now and I am very happy that I found this place in New Jersey. The staff is very friendly, helpful and passionate about Yoga. The owner Varsha is a great teacher . Only after taking lessons with her, I learned what I really need to work on and what Yoga is about. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to learn Yoga at its best.

I was very happy to find such a nice and well-organized yoga studio near where I live.  Varsha, the owner, is very knowledgeable and has given me many good advice.  I truly enjoy my experience there.  The location of the center is very convenient and the staff there are very friendly and make sure you feel comfortable there.  I would definitely recommend it.

Ojas Yoga Center offers the best yoga classes I have attended.  The staff are dedicated professionals who are incredibly knowledgeable. The atmosphere is warm and inviting.

Ojas Yoga Center is a very authentic location, where you can learn how to practice Yoga or enhance your current practice through classes offered at different levels. The owner of the place, Varsha, is Indian and she brings authenticity to this very calming environment. The classes usually incorporate asanas, pranayama, meditation, and essential oils. The classes are usually not very crowded which makes it possible for the teachers to focus on each individual's needs. If you've always practiced yoga at gyms, you will find that Ojas offers a lot more in terms of personal attention and relaxing atmosphere. I'm so happy that this place opened up. I finally found a cozy place to practice yoga (other than home). I think Ojas Center is a great addition to Edgewater community and I hope to see more people practicing Yoga at this place.
